Dear CBP Neighbors,

 The CBP Board of Directors view our Facebook site as a social media site.  We appreciate Clint's diligence in monitoring the Facebook page but he is doing this as a community volunteer. To ensure communication of importance is directed to the Board; the Board of Directors is requesting comments, questions or concerns to the Board be submitted in written format through email at cbppoaboard@gmail.com or mailed to CBP POA, P.O. Box 164, Mabank, TX 75157.  Written comments, questions or concerns may also be submitted to a member of the CBP Board of Directors in person.

Upon receipt of your written communication the Board will address your request at their next monthly meeting and respond in writing.

Members of CBP may address the Board in person at our monthly meetings, the date and location of which is posted on CedarBranchPark.org and at the Boat Ramp Bulletin Board.  Community members will be given the opportunity to speak to the Board at the beginning of each meeting.  We respectfully request residents register to speak and submit your purpose, question or concern prior to the meeting.  The Board will respond to comments, questions or concerns after they have the opportunity to review and discuss them, as comments, questions and/or concerns are addressed as a Board and not as individual members.
